MoveRoom Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MoveRoom handles personal information when trainers and students use the platform.
Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, trainer business and compliance information, class registrations and attendance, purchases and transaction records, communications, support requests, device and usage data, and information you choose to submit. Payment and bank details are handled primarily by our payment provider; MoveRoom may receive identifiers, status, and limited transaction details.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate classes and trainer sites, process payments and payouts, send transactional notices, provide support, prevent abuse, analyze and improve the service, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with the trainer or student involved in a class as needed to deliver it, and with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, video, email, analytics, support, and payment services. We may also disclose information for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, corporate transactions, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including transaction, dispute, tax, safety, and legal records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update many account details in the service and can email jaden@moveroom.app to request access, correction, or deletion. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, transaction, or dispute purposes. Marketing messages, if offered, will include opt-out controls; required service messages will still be sent.
Children, location, and changes
MoveRoom is not directed to children under 13. The service is operated from the United States, so information may be processed there. We may update this policy and will post a new effective date; material changes may be communicated in the service.
