Prohibited Services Policy
MoveRoom supports lawful live fitness, movement, and general wellness education for adults. The following services may not be listed, sold, taught, or promoted through the platform.
Medical and treatment services
Medical or clinical care; diagnosis; physical therapy or rehabilitation; prenatal or postpartum treatment or specialization; disability treatment or correction; eating-disorder or weight-loss treatment; mental-health counseling or psychotherapy; substance-use treatment; prescribed nutrition; or any licensed service offered without every required license.
Violence, weapons, and dangerous activity
Combat sports, boxing, fighting, sparring, competitive striking, strikes applied to another person, chokeholds, strangulation, painful joint locks, submission holds, takedowns, weapons or weapon simulations, impact conditioning, dangerous stunts, or techniques intended or reasonably likely to injure another person.
Limited secular self-defense allowance
Allowed secular self-defense is limited to situational awareness, avoidance, verbal de-escalation, escape, balance, non-injurious movement, and low-contact defensive demonstrations performed without a partner. It may not involve contact with another person or techniques intended or reasonably likely to injure. Participants may not practice with a partner or make physical contact with another person during a remote class.
Sexual and spiritual services
Sexual services, nudity, religious ceremonies, spiritual counseling, supernatural healing, divination, exorcism, cult recruitment, coercive religious practices, or claims of supernatural or guaranteed health outcomes. Ordinary secular yoga, meditation, and breathwork remain allowed when not offered as a prohibited service.
Review and enforcement
Publishing a class certifies compliance with this version. Deterministic checks may block reserved topics; an AI classifier may flag ambiguous content but cannot approve legal compliance. Flagged content stays unpublished until human review. AC may display a current review estimate, generally up to 14 days, but that estimate is not a contractual deadline and delay never causes automatic approval. AC may immediately unpublish content, investigate reports, preserve review evidence, and suspend accounts.
