MoveRoom pricing
MoveRoom uses two instructor plans. Both plans include the connected product experience: a public business site, scheduling, booking, payment processing, waivers, live video, and the operational tools needed to manage a live class business. Choose based on the monthly plan structure and platform fee that fit your current volume.
Start — $0 per month
The Start plan has no monthly subscription charge and applies a 10% platform fee to each paid booking. It is designed for an independent instructor who is starting out, testing a class schedule, or wants the fixed monthly commitment to remain at zero while they build a student base. The plan still uses the same booking, waiver, payment, and live-room boundaries.
Pro — $100 per month
The Pro plan costs $100 per month and applies a 4.5% platform fee to each paid booking. It is designed for a business with enough regular booking volume to prefer a lower per-booking platform fee in exchange for a recurring monthly plan. Pro renews monthly until canceled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period.
What the fee means
The advertised plan prices are the complete MoveRoom platform price for the listed plan; there is no additional MoveRoom charge layered onto the percentage shown. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks connected to a provider's classes remain the provider's responsibility and may reduce future payouts or an available balance.
